We select Awfarexpress whereby we can track any purchases easily and in a timely manner. We will do everything to deliver your item/s as quickly as possible, however please leave up to 7 business days from the day of shipment to receive your parcel. Any delivery date or time specified by us is the best estimate only and we cannot be held responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control.
Tracking information will be sent to you for each package shipped out. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Peony&co is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange, the choice is yours. Returns are now available only in the eastern province within 3 days of receipt by contacting us
We are happy to offer you a refund excluding charged shipping/delivery costs within 7 days of receipt by contacting us. The returns policy does not apply to goods that have been used, washed, damaged or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original condition. You must provide a proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the return can be authorized. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our returns policy requirements.
When we receive your package, we will notify you by email. The item/s will be inspected and rejected or approved before the refund is issued. If the conditions of our returns policy are met, we will refund the cost of the goods excluding the shipping/delivery costs. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days of your return being received.
For Domestic Orders: If you would like to exchange an item please contact us so we can arrange this for you.
